History highlights

  • 2009 Our first restaurant opened in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
  • 2012 Opening in Oakville, Ontario.
  • 2013 Our 25th restaurant opened in Mauricie.
  • 2016 Our 38th restaurant opened in Winnipeg.
  • 2017 Ben & Florentine mobile, our foodtruck is born.
  • 2019 We turned 10!

The story of our famous potatoes

World-famous Ben & Florentine home fries are one of our signature dishes. Seasoned to perfection, these delicious diced potatoes are the perfect complement to any of our dishes. Prepared with care, they’re an example of how far we’ll go to achieve top quality and taste.

Featuring a unique taste that hails from the rich, red soil of Prince Edward Island, our home fries are made with well-known varieties such as Russett Burbank and Sheapody. With a crispy skin and soft chewy insides, they’re cooked to perfection, just like oven baked potatoes.!
