I’ve always been an early riser. The breakfast restaurant life is clearly made for me!

Already on my way to the Ben & Flo! I like to arrive at the same time as the first members of my team, so I can live the day to the full with them.

On weekends, it always takes a little while before the pace picks up. It’s the calm before the storm: lucky for me, I love a challenge. In the meantime, I organize the week’s timesheets and fill in a few order forms.

My team is so strong! I’m proud to be able to guide them through the rush. What’s important is that customers and employees have fun!

Restaurant closed, employees gone. I leave work with a sense of satisfaction. After a well-deserved nap, I treat myself to an evening at the movies with friends.
